Meet Susan M. Lark, M.D.

Susan M. Lark, MD - Energy Medicine BIO

Susan M. LarkSusan M. Lark, M.D. is a prominent leader, authority, researcher and innovator in the field of energy medicine.  She has also been a foremost authority and pioneer in the field of complementary health care for women and family medicine.  A graduate of Northwestern University Medical School, Dr. Lark has served on the clinical faculty of Stanford University Medical School and for many years taught in Stanford's Primary Care Associate Program in the Division of Family and Community Medicine.

Dr. Lark has also pioneered and researched the development and application of therapeutic devices in the areas of phototherapy, electrotherapy, biofeedback, vibrational and frequency medicine and has written frequently on these topics. Her particular area of interest has been to utilize energy medicine devices as very powerful promoters of positive transformative change and evolution in a person’s spiritual-emotional-physical health continuum.

She has found that emotional and spiritual blockages can be eliminated much more rapidly and in a much more gentle and non-traumatic fashion when energy medicine therapies are utilized.  When these therapies are combined with practices traditionally utilized to elicit spiritual growth, such as meditation, prayer, visualization as well as a whole gamut of other transformative therapies, positive change can be very rapid.  Intense feelings of love, joy, peace, calm, compassion, bliss, and the sensation of oneness with God are much more readily achieved.  She has also found that energy medicine devices contribute greatly to restoring health and wellness for a wide variety of conditions with minimal to no side effects. As a result, they tend to be very safe modalities.

Dr. Lark first became aware of the field of energy medicine as a third year medical student. At that time, she was doing her clinical pediatric rotation at Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago.   She learned that phototherapy, specifically blue light therapy, was being used to treat jaundice in premature infants in order to protect them from brain damage.  This discovery first triggered her interest in what has become a quest to do research and therapeutic applications on a wide gamut of energy medicine therapies.

The idea that such a gentle and non-invasive therapy could help save the lives of newborns was very intriguing to her. She decided to delve into the research in this field and discover what other health conditions this powerful therapy could treat. She began to intensively study the medical research on cold laser therapy and other types of phototherapy, along with a very good friend of hers who was a biophysicist at NASA and had a similar interest in this area.

She was fascinated by the research showing that these devices could create positive changes in the chemistry of the brain and nervous system thereby enabling one to feel much more positive, joyful, optimistic, and vital, with a greatly enhanced zest for life. Memory and cognitive function are also improved by cold laser therapy.  Many other important chemical and physical functions within the body are also enhanced and balanced with cold laser therapy, greatly improving one’s physical health.  These include beneficial effects on circulation, energy, immunity, and musculoskeletal health.  Dr. Lark purchased one of the first colored light lasers available in the United States and, she and her colleague performed research studies on plant growth and laser therapy.

Several years later, she and another physicist friend who was working for one of the top biotech companies in the US, co-developed a series of innovative energy medicine devices including a phototherapy device, an electrotherapy frequency device, and a low gauss total body electromagnetic field device.

These devices were licensed to a biotech company which performed three studies using various combinations of these devices.   Animal testing on feline leukemia was done at the University of California at Davis, School of Veterinary Medicine. Two human studies, an uncontrolled study done at the company’s own research facility and a placebo controlled study done through Mount Zion Medical Center in San Francisco were done with volunteers who suffered from immune deficiency health related issues.

Since that time, Dr. Lark has continued to develop innovative energy medicine devices and cutting edge energy device protocols. In the field of phototherapy she has developed a device to enhance sleep calmness and relaxation. This device was one of the first to utilize violet light emitting diodes as they first became available in the United States.  She also developed a phototherapy skin mask utilizing red light emitting diodes (LED’s) to increase the production of collagen and elastin to increase cosmetic appeal.

She has also created innovative and effective protocols for the use of electrotherapy devices.  These protocols were developed to balance mood, reduce anxiety, depression, and promote sleep and relaxation.  Most importantly these protocols were designed to restore the users to much greater peace, calm, love and joy, and to facilitate the release of   emotional and spiritual blockages.

For the past four years, Dr. Lark has been developing innovative programs and protocols for biofeedback and frequency devices which she will be presenting in seminars and manuals for practicioners and device owners. Her therapeutic protocols are also being utilized for the programs imprinted in NRG cards, which are another fascinating application of therapeutic frequencies. The cards look like a credit card, including a strip on the back. Each card has been imprinted with a wide variety of very beneficial, therapeutic frequencies, depending on the issue that it is helping to resolve. These frequencies help to create new “energetic blueprints” that your body can then utilize to create a state of greatly improved health in many areas of your life. This helps to promote a much higher level of physical, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being.  The range of issues that the specific cards help to deal with is quite varied.

You can purchase cards for a very reasonable cost from www.nrgcards.com
