"The webinar Saturday was without question the best one I have done on any system. I run the Life system as well, so I have done some of their training. You were well prepared technically. It was great that the participants were in attendee status (without the ability to verbalize during your presentation). Your explanations were clear and concise. When questions came in you answered them graciously (no demeaning demeanor, condescension, etc.) You said up front when you were going to explain something more than once so not to worry if you don't catch it all this 1st time.
